Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are subject to prior agreement and confirmation. Due to the nature of bulk trading and perishable goods, wholesale orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once confirmed.
Any issues related to product quality, quantity, or condition must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
What to include in the Refund Policy

Online Orders
Once our e-commerce platform is launched, additional refund and return terms will apply to online retail purchases. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and updated on this page accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If products are delivered in a damaged condition or do not match the confirmed order, customers must notify us promptly with relevant details and supporting evidence where applicable. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution
